Corundum products include corundum bricks, corundum tubes, corundum rods, corundum blind tubes, corundum furnace tubes, corundum crucibles, corundum ark, corundum mortar, corundum balls, corundum plates, corundum bolts, corundum nuts, corundum brackets, and shaped parts.

The alumina content of corundum products is greater than 90%, and the refractory material products are mainly composed of corundum crystal phase. High room temperature compressive strength (up to 340MPa). The starting temperature for high load softening (greater than 1700 ℃). Good chemical stability, strong resistance to acidic or alkaline slag, metals, and glass liquids. The thermal shock stability is related to its organizational structure. Dense products have good corrosion resistance, but poor thermal shock stability.

Corundum products are divided into two types: sintered corundum products and fused corundum products. Sintered alumina and fused alumina can be used as raw materials separately, or alumina clinker with a high Al2O3/SiO2 ratio can be combined with sintered alumina and produced by sintering method. Non burnt corundum products can also be made using phosphoric acid or other binders. Mainly used for ironmaking blast furnaces, blast furnace hot blast stoves, refining furnaces outside steelmaking furnaces, sliding water heaters, glass melting furnaces, and petrochemical industrial furnaces.
